THE CHALLENGE

When I first started working with Lea, founder of The Holt, she was looking for a brand and website that truly felt like her community—warm, inclusive, and just full of good vibes. The Holt is all about connecting small business owners, freelancers, and solopreneurs, so it needed to reflect the energy and friendliness that makes the space so special.

Lea told me her brand hadn’t kept up with how much The Holt had evolved, and it was time for a refresh. It wasn’t a case of “what’s wrong” but more like, “we’ve outgrown this, and now it’s time to glow up.”.

The Solution

We went big, bold, and unapologetically fun. The design was all about creating that feeling—bright, creative, and welcoming. From the second you land on the site, it had to say, “This is where you want to be.”

Lea’s vision for the community really guided everything. She wanted visitors to not only feel at home but to actually enjoy spending time on the site. Mission accomplished (if I do say so myself)!
